By accessing or using CuanContent ("Service"), a product of CuanLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Account Creation
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Service.

When using CuanContent, you agree NOT to:

Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to CuanContent. We do not claim ownership of your content.
License to Us: By using our Service, you grant CuanContent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., scheduling posts, displaying analytics).
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and third-party platform policies. CuanContent is not liable for content you publish.
6 Third-Party Platforms
Important: CuanContent integrates with third-party social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and policies.
We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties. Changes to their APIs or policies may affect CuanContent's functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to such changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
7 Payment & Subscriptions
Billing: If you subscribe to paid features, you agree to pay all fees according to the pricing in effect at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing. You will be notified of any changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
8 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUANCONTENT AND CUANLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that scheduled posts will be published successfully. Platform outages, API changes, or rate limits may affect service delivery.
ROI Data: Revenue attribution and ROI calculations are estimates based on the 24-48 hour attribution window and should not be considered financial advice.
9 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
10 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
